You can view your orders in your account under "Orders." You can go directly to that page by clicking here. If there is not an order update, we encourage you to reach out directly to the Merchant through their profile. That is the most streamlined way to inquire about order status. Please also remember that when ordering from multiple merchants at once, items in your order may arrive separately. Finally, if you do not hear back from a merchant, you may submit a support ticket to us and we will make an attempt to reach out to the merchant directly and have them follow up with you on its status.
