How can I follow up on inquiries I've submitted?

You can view your inquiries in your account under "Inquiries." You can go directly to that page by clicking here.
Finally, if you do not hear back from a merchant, you may submit a support ticket to us and we will make an attempt to reach out to the merchant directly and have them follow up with you on its status.
